My tenant dumped laundry detergent into the water heater pan three years ago. She just now told me about it. Now the bottom of the water heater is rusted and must be replaced before it rusts through and causes flooding. This is a 6-gallon water heater from Princess Auto. It will be installed under the kitchen sink along with an on-demand water heater.
I’ll buy another one for 1403-up.
