Food leftovers are great, in my book, but sometimes you need an extra fridge to store it all, like a porch fridge with turkey or a beer fridge in the garage.
I have quite a bit of leftover inventory from the latest projects (main, up). The mudroom at 1403 still has a lot of drywall and other material, tools, and equipment to complete the upper suite. Most of the other material is stored at home in the shed. I bought some plastic storage totes from Walmart and organized it all in an inventory list.

It might seem a bit tedious or unnecessary to do such a thing, but I find that I spent way too much money buying new items because I couldn’t find them. If I had been organized from the start (hindsight is 20/20), then this would not have happened or perhaps happened less.
As it stands, I have enough inventory to do another rear suite, minus the large items like a heat pump, drywall, floor plywood, etc.
No, I don’t actually have 72 boxes. Numbering just picked up from the last place I left off. I’ll have to go through the old list and delete things I’ve used or disposed of.
