I continued on with the stair landing prep work. The landing framing dimensions are written on the wood.
I bought some Rockwool R22 16″o.c. insulation from Lealta Building Supplies…
…but the corners and bottoms in one bundle were wet. I sat them outside in the sun to dry. I can’t exactly put vapour barrier over wet drywall.
There were framing gaps between the main suite kitchen and the upstairs suite stairwell landing that needed to be fireblocked.
The remaining insulation was put in.
It doesn’t really sound like much work, but it took me late into the evening.
